CrossWay Church is committed to ministry within and outside the walls of our church. Listed below are some of the areas of ministry that we are involved in and support:
Good Samaritan Ministry
CrossWay is committed to giving assistance to those who have legitimate need. Requests for assistance by those outside the CrossWay Church are given serious consideration in an effort to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us.
Meals on Wheels
A number of our members are involved with Alamance County Meals on Wheels delivering nourishment and encouragement to residents in Alamance County who need this type of assistance.
CrossWay Church participates annually in sharing Christmas with underprivileged children and the elderly through the non-profit agency of Christmas Cheer of Alamance County.
Rest Home Ministry
We provide a monthly worship and fellowship service for the residents at The Oaks of Alamance Assisted Living Facility located at 1670 Westbrook Avenue (Burlington, NC). The service takes place the second Tuesday of each month. This assures the aged members of our greater Alamance community that they are not forgotten and forever loved and cared for by Jesus Christ.
Western Middle School Staff Breakfast
Each year the CrossWay Church provides a “Welcome Back” breakfast and gifts to the administrators, teachers and staff of Western Middle School. This breakfast is an opportunity to show our prayerful and practical support for Alamance Middle School as we partner to bless our community.
Annual Back-To-School Bash
The CrossWay Church plans and provides an annual expression of God’s love through us as we give book bags, school supplies, haircuts and pray for needy children as they prepare for a new school year.
